High School athletes will have the opportunity to train Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
We have an open room Mon - Thursday | 6:30PM - 8:00PM
Friday 6PM - 730PM
Sunday - 10AM-11:30AM
Confirm on weekly basis - subject to change depending on team schedule.
